RAULAND CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA AND SOUNDCOM UNDERGO BRAND REFRESH

Mount Prospect, IL – December 30, 2019 – Tim Anderson, Divisional Vice President and Business Unit Manager of Rauland, a Division of AMETEK, Inc., announced that Responder Systems, a Rauland Value Added Reseller (VAR), has changed its name to Rauland California and re-defined the business brand. Anderson commented, “Responder Systems has expanded its solution portfolio and capabilities and are now less reliant on solutions only for healthcare. The Rauland California brand returns our Los Angeles based distributor to Rauland’s corporate focus of providing critical communications solutions for hospitals, healthcare systems and educational facilities.”

BERWYN, PA, –– AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of SoundCom Corporation, a leader in the design, integration, installation, and support of clinical workflow and communication systems for healthcare facilities, educational institutions and corporations.
SoundCom also serves as a value-added reseller for AMETEK Rauland’s mission-critical healthcare communication workflow solutions in Ohio and Michigan. SoundCom joins existing Rauland owned value-added resellers in Florida and California.

FOCUSRITE REDNET NETWORKS AT CAPITAL UNIVERSITY

COLUMBUS, OH - Capital University chose Focusrite's RedNet networking solution to link a new recording studio, radio station, four mix/post production suites and 18 computer-lab workstations together into a seamless networked learning hub. The RedNet interfaces are being sourced and installed by Soundcom Systems.

LAKEWOOD UNVEILS NEW $150,000 AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEM IN CITY COUNCIL AUDITORIUM

LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- City officials Tuesday night unveiled a modern $150,000 audio/video system installed over the past month in City Council chambers. SoundCom Systems, of Berea, installed the system during council's month-long August recess. The company has installed similar systems in other Northeast Ohio cities.

BEREA, Ohio ––The City of Berea today, awarded SoundCom Systems of Berea, OH a contract to design and install the audio, video, and control systems for the new Berea Municipal Courtroom, currently under construction.
The new courtroom is being constructed on top of the current police station as part of an expansion to Berea’s City Hall and will feature the latest in communication and collaboration technologies for use in today’s modern courts.
