CLEVELAND, Ohio –– The College of Arts and Sciences at Case Western Reserve University today awarded SoundCom Systems of Berea, OH a contract to install the performance audio and video systems at the Milton and Tamar Maltz Performing Arts Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
As part of a multi-million dollar restoration of The Temple – Tifereth Israel in the heart of University Circle, these state-of-the-art systems will help to create a more vibrant campus experience supporting the creation of programs and performance in music, dance, and theater.
“We couldn’t be more excited to play such an important role in this extraordinary project,” says Paul Fussner, President of SoundCom Systems, “leveraging our decades of experience in the performing arts industry to help further elevate an already exceptional institution is a great honor for us.”

This renovation will transform The Temple into a premier performing arts space, while preserving it for use as a place for worship and celebration for the High Holy Days and special events.
“We have worked on performing arts centers across the United States and internationally, so it is particularly exciting to work on a project of this caliber right here at home.” Continues Mr. Fussner, “This venue will feature that latest technologies in the industry further positioning Case as a leading institution of learning in country.”
SoundCom will be deploying a sophisticated performance audio and video system featuring the latest solutions from leading manufacturers including d&b audiotechnik, Martin Audio, Yamaha, Sennheiser, Shure, Digital Projection, Grass Valley, Snell, Crestron, and more.
The project, designed by a-‘ku-stuks of South Norwalk, CT will be completed in September of 2015.
