Located in Cincinnati, Twin Towers is a 120 acre community comprised of a retirement village, nursing home and assisted living community. It is made up of a main building and cottages outside the main building. SoundCom has taken on the task of providing a way for all of the facilities to communicate with each other and work together using a Rauland Responder 4000 nurse call communication system.
SoundCom outfitted 600 patient stations all equipped with technology to help the patients communicate with staff throughout the whole community. The Twin Towers also has 2000 pull cord stations located various places throughout the facilities that will immediately let staff know that help is needed. The LCD Console provides two-way communication with the patient and staff. This system is the largest Rauland Responder 4000 System ever sold (Rauland is a nationally recognized manufacturer).
