Opened
in August of 2009, Rule 3 is a state of the art bowling alley, dining
establishment, video arcade, Wii Lounge, and overall entertainment
emporium.
Rule 3 contacted SoundCom Systems to design and install an A/V
system that would wow customers and keep them entertained.
Upon entering the facility, customers will notice five customized flat panel televisions that are arranged in the main entrance to display pictures of local athletes using a unique digital signage system.
Each pair of bowling lanes features a high definition projection system and motorized 133" screen. Fifty inch HD plasma televisions circle the bar area and are spread throughout the facility. Over 40 displays in total can receive any of ten satellite DirecTV feeds, while zoned audio provides overhead paging and audio distribution to all of the indoor and outdoor areas.
In addition to the main alley and restaurant, SoundCom installed and integrated a customized "Wii Lounge". This area consists of additional projectors and televisions which can be rented to play Nintendo Wii and XBox 360 Games.
Tying the entire system together is a customized 17" touchpanel control system. Any source can be routed to any display, or zoned audio area simply by touching a few buttons. Management of all displays and devices is handeled through the control system as well, allowing for easy startup, shutdown, and source selection.
