Founded in 1977, Northside Christian Church started with just 35 Members. Today, NCC fills it’s new 700+ seat sanctuary to the brim multiple times a day to service it’s members more effectively. When NCC looked to build it’s beautiful new facility in Wadsworth, Ohio, the church looked to SoundCom to design, engineer, and install the sound, video and security systems for the church.
SoundCom Chose EAW and the loudspeaker system for this facility. The new AS series speakers were clustered in the center of the church to deliver the majority of the sound in the sanctuary.
They are supplemented by a pair of very powerful SB1000 series subwoofers, a number of JF series speakers hidden in the face of the stage for front fill, two ceiling mounted delay rings, and numerous stage monitors, all powered by Crown Amplifiers.
An Allen & Heath large venue mixing console drives the system with Sure and Ashly digital signal processors. Ten Audio-Technica wireless microphones are installed all with Countryman E6 microphones. This system is supplemented with two 5000 lumen LCD projectors and numerous plasmas and LCD displays for additional video fold-back.
