With a student population of well over 1000 students, Kenston High School located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio has the latest and greatest technology available to their students and faculty. SoundCom Systems had the opportunity of working with the school district to provide them with multiple audio video systems, as well as security systems.
With security being a high priority for the students and staff in every school district, SoundCom is pleased to be able to offer them the security that they need. In the new high school we installed an Access Control System, which will allow only authorized personnel to enter the building through certain doors and at certain times. We also provided them with a Closed Circuit Television System, which uses camera to monitor what is going on in and around the building at all times and recording any movement detected. Surveillance video is stored on digital video recorders and can be retrieved as needed at a later date.
Kenston High School is equipped with sound and video systems in the auditorium, cafeteria and black box theatre which are made up of multiple Crown amplifiers, multiple Electro Voice and Atlas speaker systems and Electro Voice and Telex wireless and wired microphone systems. We also installed Sanyo multimedia projectors and Marantz CD recorders. A custom made lectern with a document camera and computer connection provides the final ingredient for top of the line presentation to be made using the video projection system.
