The city of Brooklyn opened the doors to its new station in 2007. SoundCom had the opportunity to equip the firestation with top of the line technology. This 4 bay station has been brought up to the next level with the installation of the new technology.
The station has an education classroom that has an audio video system. This system has multiple inputs for computers and DVD/VCR players, these inputs are connected to the projector and will project the videos or presentations onto the projector screen. Overhead paging was also installed throughout the whole firestation with volume controls in the classroom and watch room so that you have control of the volume level of the pages.
Closed circuit televisions have been implemented into the new station so that everything that is going on around the firestation can be seen on the computer screen in the watch room. You can watch live videos or you can go back and search for recorded videos. Working along with this security system is an access control security system that will be used to control who has access to the station.
Please call or email us and ask to speak to a member of SoundCom’s Professional Sound and Video Team. With offices in Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati, SoundCom can arrange a system demonstration, arrange site visits or meet with you and/or your design team, architect or consultant to discuss your project in greater detail.
